1. Courier Partners & Dispatch Mode
All orders placed on cometinstruments.com are shipped across India through registered domestic courier companies (e.g. Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC) and/or India Post Speed Post.
2. Order Dispatch Timelines
Standard products in stock are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment receipt. Custom-manufactured LED display boards are dispatched within the agreed lead time (typically 5 to 10 business days depending on design specifications).
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery time across India is 3 to 7 business days post-dispatch, depending on destination location and courier partner logistics. Tracking details and dispatch updates are sent to the buyer's registered email address upon shipment.
4. Shipping Destination Address
Shipments will be delivered strictly to the shipping address specified by the buyer at the time of checkout. Buyers are advised to ensure address accuracy including PIN code and contact phone number.
5. Delivery Confirmation & Shipping Costs
• Delivery updates and tracking tracking URLs are communicated via email and SMS.
• Standard shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.
• Comet Instruments is not liable for minor postal delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or courier operational disruptions beyond our control.
