Return Policy

We offer replacement or return for products within 7 days from the date of delivery if the product received is defective, damaged in transit, or non-functional. If 7 days have passed since delivery, products will be covered under manufacturer warranty where applicable.

To be eligible for a return or replacement: (i) the item must be unused in its original packaging along with all user manuals, calibration certificates, and accessories, (ii) proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be provided, (iii) items purchased during promotional clearance sales or custom LED boards built to non-standard user specifications are non-returnable unless defective on receipt.

Customized LED display boards built according to buyer-provided dimensional or digital specs are non-returnable except for hardware operational defects verified by our technical team.

Upon approval of your return request, our logistics team will arrange reverse pickup or provide return shipping instructions to our Indore facility. Once received and verified by our technical quality control team, a replacement item or full refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
